🔽 How to Download Your Digital Product: General Downloading Help

Here’s how to access your files:

✅ Step 1: Complete Your Purchase

Once your payment has been successfully processed through WooPayments or PayPal, you’ll be automatically redirected to a download page.

You’ll also receive an email with your download link. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case).

✅ Step 2: Click the Download Link

On the download page or in the email, click the download link. It will look something like this:

[Download Your Product]

Depending on your browser or device, the file may:

  • Automatically save to your Downloads folder
  • Open in a new tab (especially for PDFs or eBooks)
  • Prompt you to choose a location to save the file

💡 Tip: Saving the File

To avoid losing access, we recommend:

  • Saving the file to your desktop or a folder you can easily find
  • Backing it up to a USB stick or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox)

📱 Using a Phone or Tablet?

If you’re on a mobile device:

  • Some downloads may open in your browser
  • You might need a PDF reader or compatible app to view certain files
  • Save the file to your device or preferred cloud storage for later use

❓ Didn’t Receive the Email?

  1. Check your spam/junk or promotions folder
  2. Make sure you used the correct email address at checkout
  3. If it’s still missing, email us at admin@how2books.co.uk and we’ll resend it
