📧 I didn’t get my download email. What should I do?

Check your junk/spam folder. Still can’t find it? Email us at admin@how2books.co.uk and we’ll resend your files manually.

👤 Do I need an account to buy?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account so you can access your downloads anytime from your account area.

🛠️ Can I get help using my download?

Yes! We’re happy to help if you’re unsure how to open, edit, or use your digital files — especially for Canva templates or fillable PDFs. Just email us or reply to your order confirmation.
